Responsibilities
Set output, outcome and impact indicators across seven pillars
Design ethical data collection, consent and storage
Prepare the 2026 establishment report and 2027 baseline tools
Support staff to use data weekly
Write plain-language learning notes
Requirements
MEL experience in social justice, health, GBV or youth programmes
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
Commitment to disaggregating data
Excellent English; Chichewa an advantage
