Frontline Leadership Lab: inaugural cohort to open with the Northern launch
TYA will recruit its first Leadership Lab fellows from Northern districts in 2027.
The Frontline Leadership Lab trains young fellows in evidence, drafting, organising and public ethics. Fellows return to their districts with a policy product and a mandate from their peers.
Organisers who draft policy
The first cohort is planned for 2027 with the Northern launch in Mzuzu, Rumphi and Mzimba. We want organisers who draft policy, not just attend it.
